D-Link DAP-1360 Wireless N Access Point

This powerful wireless N Open Source Repeater supports the wireless LAN standard IEEE 802.11n. With a speed of up to 300Mbit/s the DAP-1160 connects PCs and laptops reliably to the wired network.
Through its seven different operating modes, the DAP-1360 can be used flexibly in every environment, depending on the requirement. Access point: For wireless connection of PCs and laptops.
AP-client: The DAP-1360 becomes a client and can thus wirelessly connect to a network devices like printers, gaming consoles, PCs - regardless of the operating system.
Wireless bridge: Connect two separate networks with each other via radio.
Wireless Bridge with AP: Connect two separate networks with each other via radio. Wireless PCs and laptops can establish a wireless connection to the APs.
Wireless repeater: To extend the wireless range of wireless networks.
WISP client-router (Wireless Internet Service Provider): The DAP-1360 is connected to the access point of the Internet service provider via radio, thus a joint usage of the Internet connection is possible.
WISP repeater: The DAP-1360 is connected to the access point of the Internet service provider via radio thus enabling a joint usage of the Internet connection, for cabled PCs as well as also for wireless clients.

To protect your data against unauthorised access the DAP-1360 supports the encryption standards WEP, WPA and WPA2. Moreover, additional MAC address filters can also be setup. With the WiFi Protected set up (WPS) new devices can be integrated in the network. All the security settings are done automatically via a pin-query or by pressing a button.
With the help of the D-Link setup wizards, you can set up your network in just a few minutes. It configures the operating mode of your DAP-1360 and allows the easy integration of new wireless devices onto the network.
